Along the way I developed many interests and this helped to smooth out the "bumps" I encountered along the way. I have always been a spiritual person but it wasn't until I hit the lowest point of my life (when my life was almost taken from me) that I finally reached out to God. For the first time ever, I had something worthy, something meaningful to pray for!When you are that broken and down there is only direction to look for help ~ upward! I have learned from sharing my own life experiences that I am not the only one who weathered the many storms that came my way. When you reach out to others and open up to them you will always find another soul who suffered in some way. When you find a good listener you can trust who is not judgmental; you have the opportunity to bond with another and you can learn a lot from them. You may even find you both have a lot in common and this could be the beginning of a wonderful friendship.
